Used for lap joint and inspection hole joggles in aluminum skins up to .032" thick. Steel handle with adjustment slots and precision ball bearing rollers. Fully adjustable for setback (width of joggle) and for different material thickness. Can also be used for "breaking" the edges on sheet aluminum. Ready to use, instructions included.

A very strong, light weight, and quick way to secure your baggage. Use two fingers and your thumb to instantly remove the spring-loaded clamping mechanism from the base.

The photo shows two units, one with clamp/ring installed in the base, one with the clamp/ring removed to show more detail.

The unit parts are made of anodized 6061 T-6 aluminum with a stainless ring. Two rivnuts and two countersunk 10-32 cadmium plated screws are furnished to complete the unit.

Extra bases can be purchased individually, and include rivnuts and screws.

Note: Use rivnuts to attach to surfaces with no rear access - simply drill a .250 inch hole and install rivnut. By installing additional bases you can tailor your baggage tie down options to suit your current needs.

Weight of one complete unit is only 1.5 ounces.
